Home Plan
£12 per month

Landlord Plan
£15 per month, per property
- EICR managed on the 5-year compliance cycle
- Smoke and CO alarm compliance checks
- Priority remedial works with itemised quotes
- Certificate storage and renewal reminders
- Tenant liaison — we arrange access directly
Commercial plans
Compliance handled on one plan: inspections on cycle, certificates filed, and reminders before anything lapses. Priced per site after a free survey.
Compliance Plan

Renewables plans
Solar, batteries, EV charging and heat pumps only pay for themselves when they perform. These plans keep them serviced, monitored and inside warranty terms.
Care Plan
£10 per month

How it works.
Choose a plan
Pick the plan that fits. For commercial sites we survey first, then confirm a fixed monthly price.
Pay monthly
One Direct Debit, 12-month term, then rolling monthly. No joining fee.
We do the rest
Visits booked around you, reminders handled by us, certificates filed and stored.
Plan terms.
- Plans run for an initial 12-month term, then continue monthly. Cancel any time after the first year with 30 days' notice.
- Commercial plan prices are confirmed after a free site survey and depend on site size and appliance count.
- Plan discounts apply to labour only. Materials are charged at cost plus our standard margin.
- Included visits are booked in normal working hours. Emergency response is available to plan members 24/7.
- Remedial or repair work identified during a visit is always quoted before it is carried out — no surprises on the invoice.
- Prices reviewed annually, with 60 days' notice of any change.
