Heat pump installation — outdoor units to cylinder room
A twin-unit air source heat pump installation — outdoor units set on proper bases, a new unvented cylinder, and the controls wired and commissioned.
The job.
A 12 kW Vaillant aroTHERM installation carried through from outdoor units to a 250-litre cylinder room. Unit placement and clearances were set for airflow and service access, the cylinder room was piped and wired so every component can be reached without dismantling its neighbours, and the controls were configured for the people who will actually use them.
A system as tidy in the cylinder room as it is outside: labelled, isolated, serviceable. Handover finished with a proper walkthrough of the controls — a heat pump only performs if the people living with it know how to run it.
