Whole-home renovation — kitchen, dining and games room
Full electrical fit-out for a high-spec open-plan renovation — feature pendant lighting, kitchen island power, media walls and a games room.
The job.
A full ground-floor renovation opening kitchen, dining and games room into one continuous space, finished in exposed brick and parquet — which leaves nowhere to hide cabling. Every circuit, pendant drop, socket position and media feed was set out with the owners before the finishes went in, then first-fixed to match the plan exactly.
The finished rooms show brick, parquet and light — none of our work. Power and lighting sit exactly where the design called for them, nothing is surface-run, and every circuit was tested and certified before handover.
