Conveyor installation — built, wired and commissioned
A new conveyor line for an agricultural processing building — mechanical build supported, control panel wired from scratch, safety stops fitted and the line commissioned.
The job.
Assembly, wiring and commissioning of a new conveyor line in a working agricultural building — dust, weather and daily heavy use, not factory conditions. Controls had to be robust, obvious, and positioned where an operator wearing gloves would actually reach for them.
The line runs, and the site can look after it themselves: stops where you would want them, controls at hand height, and the wiring documented so the next engineer is not guessing. Proven under load before we left the yard.
What we did.
- Conveyor assembly and positioning supported on site
- Control panel built and wired — start/stop and speed control
- Emergency stops along the run
- Motor supplies and isolation
- Commissioned and proven under load
